Ranegie scores Hat Trick against Syrianska

SÖDERTÄLJE - The third game of the season between Syrianska FC and BK Häcken ended 1-5.

The match at the Södertälje fotbollsarena was solid football, end-to-end attacking without any dead moments. It was a story of two teams but only one of them was able to too take three points on an afternoon when it all went wrong for Syriaska FC. All it took for BK Häcken to put the ball into the net was 10 miutes with a right-footed shot from the box line. That's how it all started. Then a good chance to equalise came for Syrianska FC but Peter Ijehs header was magnificently saved by Källqvist in the Häcken goal. Instead of an equalizer for Syrianska FC the guests made it two- nil up when Erkan Saglik made a bad clearance and the ball landed perfectly in front of Ranegies feet’s. His shot was quite similar to the first goal and went past Miller close to the right post.

Just when Syrianska FC needed a goal to come back into the game, Ranegie killed the game with Häckens third goal. Just four minutes before the first half ended he was served free by Dominic Chatto and made no mistake. Miller went to the left while Ranegies shot went the other way. The Syrianska defence seemed to have huge problems with Häckens fast attackers.

In long way Syrianska showed that the absence of Suleyman Suleyman would make it hard for them. The second half did not go underway with the same 11 who had started the match. Melkemichel changed sharbel Touma for David Durmaz.

If the first half was all cut and thrust, worse was to come in the second half: when Ranegie scored just teo minutes into the second half. He was also this time served free but this time by Emil Wahlström, easily pushing away the Syrianska defender Jawo and heads home Häckens forth goal and his own hat trick.
A lot of suffering and a lot of hard work went into this part of the match but it was worth it when at last Peter Ijeh scored his second goal for the season. It was a free kick taken by Syrianska FC. Källqvist pulled off another miraculous save but Peter Ijeh was first to the second ball. Syrianska FC did manage to drum up a little bit of luck. The goal gave the Suryoye a bit of hope but this hope would soon come to an end.

Ijeh and Etie kept pressing forward but the defence thwarted every through ball and it was Häcken who scored again with John Chibuike. The Häcken player got the ball just outside the box and from 30-m took a shout that sailed past Miller in the Syrianska goal, who made it 1-5. After three minutes of added time the referee blew the whistle to bring the match to a close. Friday 22 April is the next game against Helsingborgs IF, where nothing is impossible.
